DISCLAIMER

Due to different monitors, calibrated and un-calibrated computer screens, Green Eggs and Grace can't guarantee that colors will be the same as what you see on your computer screen.Green Eggs and Grace will not be held liable for color variances.

•••••••••All items, unless otherwise noted, are already made, however, shipping and processing times are stated below.  In the event you need an item sooner, please email me to work out an expedited shipping method (at customer expense). Email:  GreenEggsandGrace@yahoo.com.

SHIPPING

All items will ship within 7-14 business days. Business days are classified as Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Please email me at GreenEggsandGrace@yahoo.com with any questions.  The standard time frame is 7-14 business days, however we always try to get them out ASAP.  Green Eggs and Grace is closed for New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, The Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas any postal holidays.

FIT/SIZING

Please note that Green Eggs and Grace can not assure that every item will fit every baby the same.  Newborns/Children come in all shapes and sizes.  I have worked with many professional newborn photographers to create my measurements for bonnets, pants, wraps and headbands. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

From time to time Green Eggs and Grace will open up a few custom order options.  There will be a listing in the store with the amount of $5.00.  This amount will be applied to your custom order balance.  This is non refundable in the event that the item is cancelled.  Please note, I will not begin working on your item until the product has been paid for in full.

VINTAGE ITEMS

All items that are considered "True Vintage" may have wear and stains due to the nature and age of the material.  By purchasing "True Vintage" items, it is understood that the item may have stains or discolorations.

SHIPPING METHODS

All items are shipped via USPS first class mail.  Green Eggs and Grace is NOT responsible for lost/damaged/stolen items.  We adhere to Paypal policies regarding buyer and seller agreements.  All items will have a tracking number as per Paypal protection agreement for the seller.  You must have a Paypal confirmed address!!!

NEW POLICY:  Green Eggs and Grace will offer insurance options at checkout to cover any lost/damaged/stolen items.  Please note, that this MUST be purchased in addition to the first class shipping rate.  

If you opt out of insurance, then you understand that if your package is lost/stolen/damaged that Green Eggs and Grace is NOT responsible.

CRAFTMANSHIP

I stand behind the quality of my work and use some of the finest materials to craft newborn photography props.  Due to the nature of the industry I do not accept returns and all products are sold "AS IS".  My goal is to make YOU happy and satisfied with your purchase.  If there are any questions please email me at [email protected].
